Service Description
Our Interior Detail Package is a comprehensive cleaning that will restore and maintain the inside of your ride by removing dust, debris, odors and stains while sanitizing and disinfecting; using eco-friendly techniques and without the use of chemicals when possible. Additionally, our treatment will ensure that your vinyl, rubber, plastic and leather are protected from future fading or cracking caused by daily UV exposure. Features & Procedure: • Personal items are carefully stowed away and trash removed. • Our HEPA vacuum procedure effectively removes over 99.7% of dust particles and airborne contaminants inside the cabin. • Pneumonic Air-Tools are used to aggregate, loosen and remove debris lodged in difficult, tight and hard to reach areas around your vehicles cabin, trunk and spare-tire compartment. • Odors treated and/or neutralized. (Ozone Generator used if applicable.) • HVAC deep-cleaned by effectively sanitizing and disinfecting internal system with use of hot steam and disinfectant. - Vehicle jambs cleaned. (doors, trunk jamb) - Cabin headliner is spot-treated for marks and stains. • Wipe/Scrub down dash, center console, doors, pockets, etc. using premediated APC mixture. • Steam Cleaning (chemical-free process*) deeply disinfects, sanitizes and kills up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. - Floormats removed and deep cleaned. • Our shampoo treatment & hot-water extraction procedure is a powerful method used to offer deep fiber cleaning and immediate extraction of dirt, body oils, spills, grime and allergens otherwise trapped beneath the surface of your carpet, seats and upholstery, • Leather (if applicable) will be cleaned and conditioned. • Dressing is applied to the interior rubber, plastic, and vinyl trim for premium UV Protection. - Windows are cleaned with (ammonia-free/tint safe) product leaving a streak-free finish. An excellent vehicle treatment for annual detailing, families with children, allergy sensitive, new-used car purchase, ready for resale, accidents and spills, or just want to have that like-new car feeling again. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy | Custom Automotive Detailing – Mill Creek, WA 98012 We value your time and trust in choosing us for your vehicle care. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our booking policies below: 1. Appointments: All our services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online, by phone at (425) 548-7139, or via email at info@customautomotivedetail.com. Please provide accurate vehicle details upon booking. This ensures that we can schedule the correct amount of time for your service, offer appropriate recommendations, and provide tailored treatment plans. 2. Deposits: We do not require any deposits at this time for booking our services. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as a courtesy to our technicians. No cancelation fees will be accessed. Clients can contact us directly or log in as a site member to make changes. 4. Vehicle Condition: Remove personal belongings prior to your appointment. We intend to respect your belongings, however we cannot be held liable for any lost or misplaced items; unless otherwise specified in advance. Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning may incur an additional service charge of $39 to $59. This applies when conditions (such as heavy dirt, pet hair, stains, unwanted odors, special requests) require our technicians to spend significantly more time than estimated, or may otherwise prevent us from performing the service as scheduled. 5. Service Times: Service times can greatly vary depending on the condition and size of your vehicle. We provide an estimated completion time before and during service; but cannot guarantee exact pickup times due to the nature of detailing work. 6. Weather & Mobile Services: For mobile appointments, we may require safe weather conditions and an appropriate work area. If weather prevents us from completing your service, we will reschedule at no additional cost. At this time we do not charge a delivery fee for our mobile detailing service feature. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our work. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us before leaving with your vehicle so we can make it right.
