Plus, our treatment protects vinyl, rubber, plastic, and leather from fading, cracking, or damage caused by daily UV exposure. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our booking policies below. 1. Appointments All our services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online, by phone at (425) 548-7139, or via email at info@customautomotivedetail.com. Please provide accurate vehicle details upon booking. This ensures that we can schedule the correct amount of time for your service, offer appropriate recommendations, and provide tailored treatment plans. 2. Deposits We do not require any deposits at this time for our booking services. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as a courtesy to our specialists. No cancelation fees will be accessed. Clients can contact us directly or log in as a site member to make changes. 4. Vehicle Condition Please remove personal belongings (particularly of value) prior to your appointment. We intend to respect your belongings, however we cannot be held liable for any lost or misplaced items; unless otherwise specified in advance. Vehicles that require extra cleaning needs will incur an additional service charge of $45-$75. This applies when conditions (such as pet hair removal, set in stains, headboard cleaning, seat removal ) require our specialists to spend more time than anticipated, or may otherwise prevent us from performing the service as intended. 5. Service Times Service times can greatly vary depending on the condition and size of your vehicle. We provide an estimated time before and during service; but cannot guarantee exact completion times due to unforeseen variables and the nature of automotive detailing. 6. Weather & Mobile Services For mobile appointments, we may require safe weather conditions and an appropriate work area. If weather prevents us from completing your service, we will reschedule at no additional cost. At this time we do not charge a delivery fee for our mobile detailing service feature. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee We take pride in our work. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us before leaving with your vehicle so we can make it right.
