Most recommended to have your vehicle detailed every 3 to 6 months. However, the frequency can vary based on your driving habits, the environment you live in, and how well you maintain your car in-between.

Inform your detailer of any special interests or concerns that you would like addressed beforehand to ensure that it does not get overlooked and that we have an accurate scope of time needed to complete work. Remove any personal and loose articles. This ensures that our time is used most effectively, and limits unnecessary liability that can possibly occur.

There is no exact science to how long it may take to complete a clients vehicle. Everyone's vehicle is different. The vehicles size or environment. Where its been parked. How often it has been maintained. If its used to transport young children or pets . Stains and how long they have had time to settle. Unpleasant odors from food and drinks, smoking, or even worse, unexpected accidents. With no major setbacks, you can expect a partial session to last about 4-5 hours; and a complete session for up to 8-10 hours. If additional care and maintenance, or special requests are desired on your vehicle; please expect more time may be required to complete your session.

Your mobile detailer will require access to an exterior water spigot and dedicated electrical outlet. Most residences have easy access to these. Contact us if you have any questions.

You can purchase an eGift Card directly online. Once you have placed your order; the recipient will receive an email in their inbox on the day that you selected. (email will arrive between 12am-2am PST). Attached will be your personalized message (optional) and unique code that can be redeemed online or in person for their future vehicle cleaning. Additionally, our clients may purchase a physical gift card in person during their respective session(s). Contact us for more details.

Physical gift cards are available to purchase only during an active session. Otherwise, we ask our loyal customers to purchase one of our digital eGift cards that are available conveniently online.

We ask clients to book at least 24 hours in advance as we operate by appointment only. Depending on the circumstances,(i.e.: last minute cancellation, or our detailer becomes available) we may be able to offer same day services on a case by case basis. Contact us for more details on how to schedule. *Please note: "same day booking" requires an expedited fee charge of $45 to incur in order to book your appointment within 4 hours of the current day.

We take care of your car as if it was our own. You can keep your car with your detailer until your services are completed. However at this time we are unable to accept anything larger than a Pickup/SUV for this feature and must be scheduled in advance.
