2. Appointments & Cancellations

We understand life happens, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or require prepayment for future bookings.

• Timely arrival is appreciated — delays of more than 15 minutes may reduce your service time or result in rescheduling.

 

3. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept most major credit/debit cards and contactless payments via Square.

• Late payments may be subject to additional charges or declined future service.

 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right:

• Please reach out and notify us.

• We may offer a re-clean, touch-up, or refund — depending on the issue.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Vehicle Safety & Liability

• Please remove all personal belongings before your appointment. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• We’re not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile trim, aftermarket components, or paint defects that become visible after cleaning.

• If your vehicle poses safety risks (e.g., infestations, leaks, unsafe modifications), we may decline service.

 

6. Weather Policy

For mobile detailing, we may reschedule your appointment at no charge if weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform services outdoors.

 

7. Website Use

By using our website:

• You agree not to misuse or disrupt it.
