Welcome to Custom Automotive Detailing website. By using our site, booking a service, or working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to read them — they help ensure a smooth experience for everyone

1. Using Our Services

When you book a service with us, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • You have permission to authorize work on the vehicle.

  • You understand results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and materials.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We understand life happens, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • $0 fees on reschedules or last minute cancelations. 

  • If you plan to arrive later than scheduled, please let us know in advance or prior to your appointment time.

  • You can choose to manage your bookings online by logging in as a registered user using your email address. 

3. Payments

  • Payment can be made in advance; however is only due when services have been rendered and cleared for approval.

  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle and most major credit/debit cards and contactless payments via Wix and/or Square.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges or declined future service.

 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right:

  • Please reach out and notify us.

  • We may offer a re-clean, touch-up, or refund — depending on the issue.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Vehicle Safety & Liability

  • Remove personal belongings (valuable* items) before your appointment time to ensure technicians time and energy are focused on your detail. Please keep in mind that we may not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damages, fragile trim, aftermarket components, or paint defects that become visible after cleaning.

  • If your vehicle poses any safety risks (e.g., infestations, leaks, unsafe modifications), we reserve the right to decline service.

 

6. Weather Policy

For mobile detailing, we may be required to reschedule your appointment if weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform services outdoors.

7. Website Use

By using our website:

  • You agree not to misuse or disrupt.

  • All content, branding, and images are owned by Custom Automotive Detailing LLC and may not be reused without permission.

 

8. Privacy

Your use of this site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as needed. Changes take effect immediately once posted on this page. Ongoing use of our site or services means you agree to our updated terms and conditions.
