Service Description
Our Exterior Detail is a comprehensive multi-step cleansing that limits and prevents swirl marks, light scratches and water spots otherwise caused from negligence, express wash or drive-thru car washing. Designed to restore and maintain not just the paintwork, but the full exterior of your vehicle. Our high-foaming, pH-balanced soap is used to lather and gently lift dirt and grime away as we meticulously hand wash all aspects from top to bottom using ultra-premium lamb’s wool wash mitts; offering another layer of safety to protect your paint from accidental scratching. We finish off using a purified rinse (de-ionized H2O) applying another safeguard to ensure water-spot free results. Utilizing clay; a treatment is then performed to remove embedded contaminates and particles like sap, pollen, grime, and road film—leaving your paints aftermath smooth to the touch. Features & Procedure: • Hand wash of wheels, wheel-wells and tires utilizing varies brushes to access hard to reach areas. • Power wash engine-bay jambs and remove any debris or blockage near upper trim area. • Any light presence of bird droppings, pollen, moss, pine leaves, road paint is removed. • Foam and lathering of vehicle using activated soap, allowing to settle and loosen dirt. • A mild clay treatment is performed to remove heavy contaminates on painted and glass surfaces that cause it to otherwise feel unsmooth or lackluster less; also known as "decontamination" • Specialized water which we deionize in house to remove water contaminates and minerals; is used to ensure a dry, water-spotless ride. • Singled out small scratches visibly present may be lightly buffed and polished out. • A layer of premium carnauba or ceramic wax is then applied for protection to offer seasonal protection and preserve the condition of your vehicles paintwork. • UV protectant is applied to tires and worn out or faded plastics/trim. (when applicable) A great vehicle treatment for annual detailing's, removal of contaminants such as moss, pollen, road paint, sap, bird droppings, splattered bugs, renewal of seasonal/annual paint protection, or just want to have that like-new car feeling again. Booking Policy | Custom Automotive Detailing LLC – Mill Creek, WA 98012 We value your time and trust in choosing Custom Automotive Detailing for your vehicle care. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our booking policies below: 1. Appointments: All our services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online, by phone at (425) 548-7139, or via email at info@customautomotivedetail.com. Please provide accurate vehicle details upon booking. This ensures that we can schedule the correct amount of time for your service, offer appropriate recommendations, and provide tailored treatment plans. 2. Deposits: We do not require any deposits at this time for booking our services. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as a courtesy to our technicians. No cancelation fees will be accessed. 4. Vehicle Condition: Remove personal belongings prior to your appointment. We intend to respect your belongings, however we cannot be held liable for any lost or misplaced items; unless otherwise specified in advance. Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning may incur an additional service charge of $39 to $59. This applies when conditions (such as heavy dirt, pet hair, stains, unwanted odors, special requests) require our technicians to spend significantly more time than estimated, or may otherwise prevent us from performing the service as scheduled. 5. Service Times: Service times can greatly vary depending on the condition and size of your vehicle. We provide an estimated completion time before and during service; but cannot guarantee exact pickup times due to the nature of detailing work. 6. Weather & Mobile Services: For mobile appointments, we may require safe weather conditions and an appropriate work area. If weather prevents us from completing your service, we will reschedule at no additional cost. At this time we do not charge a delivery fee ($0) for our mobile detailing services. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our work. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us before leaving with your vehicle so we can make it right.
