A combination of our comprehensive interior cabin cleaning and exterior spot-free hand wash that will restore and maintain the overall look and feel of your ride. Features & Procedure: • Our HEPA vacuuming effectively removes over 99.7% of dust particles and air contaminants. • Pneumonic Air-Tools aggregate to loosen and remove debris lodged in difficult, tight and hard to reach areas. - Cabin Air Filter may be inspected (if accessible) to determine if replacement is recommended; offering smoother HVAC operations and cleaner air. - Vehicle jambs cleaned. (doors, trunk area) - Headliner spot-treated for marks and/or stains. • Steam Cleaning (chemical-free) deeply sanitizes and kills up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. - Floormats removed and cleaned. • Shampoo/Hot-Water Extraction is a powerful method we use to offer deep fiber cleaning and immediate extraction of dirt, body oils, spills, grime and allergens otherwise trapped beneath the surface. • UV Protectant/Dressing applied to rubber, plastic, and vinyl trim. - Windows cleaned to a streak-free finish. • Shampoo and lathering of vehicle using activated foam, allowing to settle and loosen dirt. • Door jambs, trunk jambs cleaned. • Wheels and Tires Cleaned. • A mild clay treatment is performed to remove heavy contaminates on painted and glass surfaces causing it to feel unsmooth or lackluster less. • Deionized water is used to ensure a spot-free vehicle. • Compressed air is used to remove water that may still be lodged in difficult to reach areas. • A layer of protection is applied by hand to offer seasonal protection and preserve the condition of your paint between details with the use of either natural waxes or synthetic ceramic polymers. - UV protectant is applied to tires and worn out or faded plastic trim. An excellent vehicle treatment for annual detailing, families with children, allergy sensitive, new-used car purchase, ready for resale, accidents and spills, or just want to have that like-new car feeling again. Disclaimer: Vehicles determined to have excessive cleaning needs may require a service charge between $39-$59. This includes needs that require our technicians to spend significant time on that may cause us to go over the estimated time, deviate or might not otherwise perform.
Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our booking policies below: 1. Appointments: All our services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online, by phone at (425) 548-7139, or via email at info@customautomotivedetail.com. Please provide accurate vehicle details upon booking. This ensures that we can schedule the correct amount of time for your service, offer appropriate recommendations, and provide tailored treatment plans. 2. Deposits: We do not require any deposits at this time for booking our services. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as a courtesy to our technicians. No cancelation fees will be accessed. Clients can contact us directly or log in as a site member to make changes. 4. Vehicle Condition: Remove personal belongings prior to your appointment. We intend to respect your belongings, however we cannot be held liable for any lost or misplaced items; unless otherwise specified in advance. Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning may incur an additional service charge of $39 to $59. This applies when conditions (such as heavy dirt, pet hair, stains, unwanted odors, special requests) require our technicians to spend significantly more time than estimated, or may otherwise prevent us from performing the service as scheduled. 5. Service Times: Service times can greatly vary depending on the condition and size of your vehicle. We provide an estimated completion time before and during service; but cannot guarantee exact pickup times due to the nature of detailing work. 6. Weather & Mobile Services: For mobile appointments, we may require safe weather conditions and an appropriate work area. If weather prevents us from completing your service, we will reschedule at no additional cost. At this time we do not charge a delivery fee for our mobile detailing service feature. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our work. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us before leaving with your vehicle so we can make it right.
